Poetry Paradise

Just as  (Aka Albert’s Mildly Ambitious Summer Project) began his project two summers ago, I undertook a similar endeavor! Instead of posting something new every single day for an entire summer, I followed him for just the month of July! Please enjoy the calendar!

I personally think the easiest way to read my Poetry Paradise will be by clicking the banner. It’ll lead you to the the entries tagged “Poetry Paradise.” I’ll start you off in the beginning of the month – Read through those and then just press “newer entries” until you’ve read through the poems. Most of them are pretty short – it’s totally feasible to read them through in one sitting.

In fact, when I did that just now while working on making this calendar view, I was surprised by how..how raw the emotions were in some of them. It is as though I relived that month through the poetry, and even though they were written in 2010, they still bring back specific memories. I can’t believe it’s been two years since then. Wow.
